單人房 – 1860 Rub per night (~47 euro).
雙人房 – 1180 Rub/1 person per night (~30 euro約1065台幣).
雙人房三住(2+1) – 1050 Rub/1 person per night (~27 euro).
雙人房四住(2+2) – 980 Rub/1 person per night (~25 euro/約880台幣).

I. 賽員

• 上屆歐洲盃前15名之國家名額

• 除此之外，每個RIF(國際棋聯)會員國可增派兩名選手，非會員國可增派一名選手。

• 歐洲杯資格賽前五名可獲得歐洲杯個人保障名額。

II. 賽程:

Aug 14th:        抵達會場；歐洲杯資格賽開幕式。
Aug 15th:        09.00, 13.00, 17.00 – 第一場, 第二場, 第三場
Aug 16th:        10.00, 14.30 – 第四場,第五場
Aug 17th:        10.00, 14.30 – 第六場,第七場
Aug 18th:        18.00 – 歐洲杯開幕式
Aug 19th:        10.00, 14.30 – 第一場,第二場
Aug 20th:       10.00, 14.30 – 第三場,第四場
Aug 21st:       10.00, 14.30 – 第五場,第六場
Aug 22nd:       10.00, 14.30 – 第七場,第八場
Aug 23th:       10.00, 14.30 – 第九場, 閉幕式
Aug 24th: 大會結束

III. 賽制

a. 採九回合瑞士制

b. 時間:
歐洲杯資格賽: 每位選手90分中自由思考時間 + 每手棋加時30秒。
歐洲杯: 每位選手120分中自由思考時間 + 每手棋加時30秒。

c. 開局規則: Taraguchi rules

IV.輔分計算:

1) Middle Buchholz coefficient;
2) Berger coefficient;
3) Personal match between the players;
4) Number of wins.

除了前三名，輔分相同則選手同名，前三名若輔分相同，會安排臨時加賽，賽時至少20分鐘。

V. 表揚

前三名會獲得獎狀與獎盃。

VI. 其他

a. 所有賽員、教練、領隊必須住在官方指定之旅館。

REGULATION
European Championship in Renju 2012
Russia, Suzdal, Vladimir region, Suzdal Tourist Centre,
August 14-24, 2012

I. Participants

• The top 15 places of previous EC ensure National Places.
• In addition to above mentioned 15 places, every RIF member country will have two extra places, and a non RIF member one extra place.
• The five best from the European Championship Qualification (ECQ) will get Personal Places in the EC.

II. The schedule:

Aug 14th:        Day of Arrival, Opening Ceremony of ECQ
Aug 15th:        09.00, 13.00, 17.00 – Round 1, Round 2, Round 3
Aug 16th:        10.00, 14.30 – Round 4, Round 5
Aug 17th:        10.00, 14.30 – Round 6, Round 7
Aug 18th:        18.00 – Opening Ceremony of EC
Aug 19th:        10.00, 14.30 – Round 1, Round 2
Aug 20th:       10.00, 14.30 – Round 3, Round 4
Aug 21st:       10.00, 14.30 – Round 5, Round 6
Aug 22nd:       10.00, 14.30 – Round 7, Round 8
Aug 23th:       10.00, 14.30 – Round 9
Closing ceremony

III. Technical regulations

a. There will be 9 rounds in Swiss system in the tournament.

b. Time control:

ECQ 90 minutes per player + 30 seconds per move.
EC 120 minutes per player + 30 seconds per move.

c. Opening rules: Taraguchi rules

IV. Tie-break criteria

In case of same number of game points, the following criteria will be used:

1) Middle Buchholz coefficient;
2) Berger coefficient;
3) Personal match between the players;
4) Number of wins.

If all criteria are same, then players will share place, except top three places. If players will share top three places, extra game(s) will be used. The Judges Council will decide the time control for extra game(s) not less than 20 min.

V. Prizes

The winner is the European Champion for 2012. Players placed first, second and third will be awarded respectively with cups and medals.

VI. Accomodation

a. All participants, coaches and delegations’ members are obliged to stay in official hotel:

Suzdal, Vladimir region, Suzdal Tourist Centre, Korovniki st., 45.

b. All games will be in the Playing Hall situated at the Suzdal Tourist Centre.

VII. Tournament fee: 20 euro.

VIII. Registration – deadline 8 July 2012

a. The registration must include the following information: Country/Federation, last name, first name, birth date, the passport details of every player, coach. It must also include the name, phone, e-mail of the Delegation Chief.

b. Visas:

All participants (or the Delegation Chief) applying for a visa must sent the form F1A and copy of the passport (the pages with the photograph and main data) to the Organizer.

c. All participants must should have an medical insurance.

d. The registration forms (http://renju.org.ru/competitions/ivitation/) must be sent to the Organizer by the e-mail: renjurus@gmail.com before July 8, 2012.

世青賽詳細規定

I. 選手

根據國際連珠組織(RIF)，選手分六組
• A: 男子未滿24歲組
• B: 男子13-17歲組
• C: 男子未滿13歲組
• D: 女子未滿24歲組
• E: 女子13-17歲組
• F: 女子未滿13歲組

所有國際連珠組織會員國，每組最多派五員選手參加，地主國每組最多可派十員選手參加。

II. 行程

8月8日到會；開幕式。
8月9日: 09.00, 13.30, 18.00 – 第一場, 第二場, 第三場
8月10日: 09.00, 13.30, 18.00 – 第四場, 第五場, 第六場
8月11日: 休戰日
8月12日: 09.00, 13.30, 18.00 – 第七場, 第八場,第九場
8月13日: 09.00, 13.30 – 第十場, 第十一場
8月14日: 決賽,速戰速決的閉幕式。
8月15日: 選手離會。

III. 規則

a. 若某組選手不滿13人，則採用循環制；若選手超過13人，則採用瑞士賽制。若選手人數過少，裁判可調整比賽場次。

b. 時間

«A», «B», «D», «E» – 每位選手90分鐘自由思考時間，每手棋+30秒;
«C», «F» – 60分鐘自由思考時間，每手棋+30秒.

c. 開局規則:
Gr. «A», «B», «D», «E» – 山口規;
Gr. «C», «F» – Taraguchi規.(五手連續可以決定是否交換)

IV. 輔分計算

1) Middle Buchholz coefficient;

ORC(Online Renju Center) is a international Renju platform. Most players plays at ORC have Dan.

How to Install ORC:

Step 1. Check here and download the installer. (You can choose your own language from many choices.)
Step 2. Follow the instruct and finish the installation.
Step 3. After you finished the installation, open the program.
